In many cases, yes. We survey the existing work, prepare as-built drawings and assess whether regularization is possible with the relevant authority. Some cases need rectification works first.

No. Approvals, permits and NOCs are issued by the relevant authorities and developers. We prepare complete, compliant submissions and manage the process, but the decision is theirs.

Government authorities such as Dubai Municipality issue permits. In master communities, the developer (for example Emaar or Nakheel) usually issues its own NOC as well, often before the authority submission.

Yes. We survey the site and prepare the drawings the project needs.

Usually yes, with the landlord's written NOC. Some buildings also require building management approval.
